Situated in the heart of London, the world famous Hard Rock Café is one of the Capital’s most popular and busiest eating and meeting places.
Quick to recognise the increased risk that glass can present to people and property in areas of high pedestrian traffic the management of the Hard Rock Café, following consultation with Pilkington Glass, called upon the expertise of Solartek Films Ltd.
Following a successful trial installation Solartek were instructed to undertake the supply and installation of Natural 50 solar/safety film to all primary glazing. Professionally installed, the product is designed to hold broken shards of glass in place in the event of an impact. The light neutral tint incorporated within the combination film also reduces solar heat gain and glare.
